Dump valve

The diaphragm has split on my dump valve and a mate has offered me the one below for £20, any idea what type it is and if they are any good?

Tried it on my car, adjusted it and did various road tests, but all it did was make the car chatter so I guess it wasn't venting any boost :-?

Thats the one have at the moment, may as well just buy a new diaphragm. Gav didnt think you had a DV fitted :-?
