Ive seen a company selling ones that look more like a horn. Turbo cars of 1.8 or higher are meant to give off such a dump :aaah:

Sunnys sounds kewl, more like a shotgun goin off

i'd go for the bailey piston dump valve. some others can make your rs run badly unless their set up. i've never had any trouble with mine and its real loud

Before i fitted mine, i liked just the chatter from the wastegate, that was pretty cool just on its own :D

Nothin turns heads more than a dump valve :D

Sunnys breaks people necks

I think some of it is about how much boost you run chap.

I know someone who runs quite little boost- and has to have piston dump valves due to having an air flow meter.

He has tried Bailey, Bosche, Colins & Forge.

He has one at the moment which comes with 2 springs. One spring is quite weak which means the dump valve goes off easier and has more sustain.

Then again - different cars, different dump valves different sounds!

I recommended my mate to get a Forge Motorsport dump valve like Simon Drake has on his Fiestaturbo. He was running 17Psi and it was the best dump valve i've ever heard, yet when my mate put it on his car (10.5psi) it barely made a noise!

As i understand - fiestaturbo's can have diaphram dump valves - go for one of them

There's a company called (I think) Turbomasters, who make a range of different dump valves, rated by the amount of noise they make
