Just wanted to know if its worth using these crossed drilled discs with Green Stuff Pads ..... Driving a xr2i only driving on road

Wouldnt bother with drilled discs, as you will see no benefit. The greenstuff pads are fine for road use, but can wear down a little quick. Personally id go for some Ferodo ds2500 pads or Mintex 1144's.

As above never rated the EBC stuff much and on a road car not worth it drilled discs will just give less braking surface area on a road car used for track/race cars to get rid of the gasses caused by the constant high heats :)

what about the green pads EBC on standard dics would that be okay

Yeah, they will be fine. But as said id recommend the ferodo or mintex pads over the green stuff.
