Electric wheelchair help money
Hi
I am a carer for a young lady (Lizzie) in Bognor and last year Lizzie was dancing with a friend who birthday it was and Lizzie was caring for him.
The friend was in a wheelchair also.
Lizzie bumped another lady behind her when Lizzie was dancing and this lady grabbed Lizzie hair and then banged Lizzie head against a marble pillar in the night club.
Now Lizzie is in a wheelchair for life but she is in need of a electric wheelchair.
I was wondering does anyone have any spare cash or want to help raise some money??
Please pm me or ring me on 07772135097
Thanks everyone

m8 there willbe a funding organisation in place for this, i know different areas in sussex are maned by different organisations, and thinking bout it bognor is classed as arundal district? iirc
it may be a long shot, but have a chat with "carewatch" as tey can usually give good information and put people in the right direction,, but thinking about it, if the lady(lizzie) was injured due to an accident in a recreational place, and has resulted in being disabled, i dont see why RIDDOR is the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations act1995 has not been notified as obviously the lady was injured for more than 3 days, and was obviously hospitalised becuase of her condition,
and why hasnt the offender been taken to court for gbh, and assault with intent?? it is a serious attack of which the premisis licencing authoritys should have done a "risk assesment" as its a serious injury,.. there should have been cctv watching ,,, it should have been noted down in 3 seperate books, the door superisers hand book who delt with the situation, the accident book, and the security incident log book the police, should have also have put in a log of the incident,
and because she must now be registered as disabled, and so she must have her house assesed, if your her carer, you should be abe to notify your work, and explain that she is not able to have full mobility around her huse, and canot do day to day tasks, once she has been re-asesed, they will be able to get her more assistance, and give her the adiquate aparatouses she needs,

Re: Electric wheelchair help money
well in that case, depending on how ill lizzie is, and wether or not she is able to recover in a stable conition,, ie, not have trauma from the findings she now has to live with, because of what tha woman has done to her, they will gget her for all counts of asault, abh gbh which is added to assult with intent, but as she was with a disabled person, and under te duty of care, the woman will allso be charged with racially aggrivated assault, as she has seen that lizzie, is a vulnerable person, in the proces of care, and has taken advantage,,
gbh is 4years, so all 4 combined will well [ERRR] be a lengthy stretch, but the woman will be orered to pay compensation for damages, i know that moraly its not enuf, but its better than them geting away with it,
if lizzie needs any information of rules and regulations of night clubs, ill be more than happy to help find out,,
also if lizzie is in a serious condition, she could also be done for attempted murder, ill find out what youll nerd to do to obtain a wheel chair,,

Re: Electric wheelchair help money
to enable the lady to get an electric wheel chair, you will have to first
a- notify ur company that you feel lizzie needs more help as shes immobilised
b-notify social services the same
c-notify her gp (general practitioner) who will then have the necessary powers to acheive the right care,
non of these will do anything if she is still on trial, so she must stress, i know it may be obvious but the reason, of that due to the assault off the night club lady, she now is in need of an electric wheel chair,
basicly ied try a-b-c, but the finaly decision is mainly down to the jurer,,,
