Need a certain part or accessory?

As it says, I need a new engine and 5-speed box - I wouldn't mind dropping the XR2 lump under the bonnet of my mk3 carb'd 1.3 - any ideas on what's needed to do this? No silly prices please - I'm (still) poor.

CheeRS

£150 for an XR2 engine & carb from any decent scrappy & £50 seems to be the norm for a 5-speed box. Any decent gatage should be able to fit it for about £100.
90Bhp for around £300 ain't bad.
