Engine flush opinions ?

What are people's opinions ? I'm considering using engine flush on my 22k xr2i , before I got hold of her the same oil had been left in the engine for 10 years. It's had a oil change since but still looks a little murky so I was thinking before I change the oil again it may be a idea to flush just looking for opinions. It's the 1600 cvh engine.

Some people love em, some people hate em, personally use it in all my cars and never had an issue, just oil that stays cleaner. Don't bother with Halfords crap though its very diluted for retail customers, I use Forte in the workshop.

A second for forte products, the coolant flush is very good too.
Nothing to see here...
