Engine Question

Postby k1215 on Tue Sep 25, 2007 10:44 pm

Ok I've been offered a fiesta 1600 xr2i engine and i was being told by my m8 that i could keep my 1.1 bottom end and whack the 1600 top end on.

Is this possible?

Cheers

I've never heard of that! I think your mate is pulling your plonker.
Those that can, do; and those that can't, talk about it.

Its the bottom end (block) that determines how big the engine is (ie 1100cc & 1600cc), so in short, its a load of crap!

Hope that helps :D
