Engine Re-Condition

Hello all,

I am looking at re-conditioning my MK3 1.3 OHV CFI engine because it needs to be really cleaned up and rebuilt. There are a lot of things wrong and its lacking huge performance. I know I should be looking at sticking a turbo in but I can't afford that. Anyways, how much do you think it will cost? Also what are the best places you can get it done?
