Umm.....

EVERYTHING m8 :aaah:

Box, engine, inlet and exhaust manifolds (you'll need to contact someone like Powerflow to join your 2i zorst and Zetec-S manifolds together, but you won't legally need the cat).
Loom, ECU, etc. You'll also need to drill holes for the Zetec mounts.
Power steering may be necessary, although you should just be able to patch the loom or, more commonly, plug it all in but plumb it so that the fluid just recirculates and doesn't run any PAS.
You'll also need to mount the PATS system, or work out how to patch the loom.
Fuel pumps will be different and you may need a custom fuel regulator to modify the fuel pressure if you can't find a pump to fit the Mk3 tank which provides the right pressure characteristics, although it should run okay with the RS1800/XR2i 16v/Si Zetec (SEFi) pump.

To be honest, it shouldn't be a helluva lot of work to make it all work right

Well as it stands the engines fairly shagged to start with, cams and followers in need of replacement, burning oil, overheating, fuel pump is shagged too. Prolly needs a new loom as the muppet who owned it b4 me has chopped into it more times than a chinese sushi chef to put his own alarm/imob/stereo in it, exhaust is also in need of renewel since its the original and the cars done close to 95k.

So what do i do?...

Re build the 2i and start modding that?
go for the new Zetec S engine and everything listed on Projects post?

Bearing in mind the cars just had a brand new zetec s interior put into it with cobra front seats, zetec S rear bumper, animal bumper going on the front, MSD side skirts, Mk4 boot lid and lights and im yet to decide on the bonnent & vents.

Any advice would be appriciated... Oh btw its RED

Bollox to that - fit a series 3 Zetec tooleater.

Better still, get a Focus ST170 2.0L Series 3 Zetec. Basically a larger capacity version of the VVT Zetec-S engine.

Whaarmps! (sorry, had to try the sound fx   )
