engine up grade

i know this question is asked every week, but i'm have a 1.1 and the engine is on the way out my uncle is on the look out for an 1600 16v si engine and i want to know what other things will need to be ugraded. i know i will need a new gearbox what other things will i need

loom, ecu, brakes, suspension, exhaust all worth upgrading/uprating
