205s are too narrow and 225's are too wide!

215s are what you need for 8x16"s on a Fiesta.

why are 205's too narrow ?

i thought that cossie wheelz were wide so the narrower tyre you got the better?

not so, the tyre will rip off if its too tightly strechtched across the rim. 215 is the right size to have.

Im selling them cause recently i got 17" alloys for my fiesta rs turbo as i wanted a change from the escort cosworth ones

What was i thinking though as 16" esc cos wheels on a fiesta are the best

I have had them 2 years now

Condition...Only 1 of them has been kerbed but its only lightly and not very much.you hardly notice it.

Even though its not much I have never been so anoyed and i still remember the day i did it..oct 20th 99.

The tyres on the front are goodyear eagle f1s and are starting to wear on the inside but if u put esc cos wheels on a fiesta the front inside ALWAYS go on the front quickly.

The rears are yokohama a520s and the tread is good. For some reason the tread never seems to go down. They only have light scuff marks on the tyres on a bit of the side wall where the writing is.

The rest of the alloys are PERFECT but the one with the light kerbing is nothing much

I was wanting to put them back on the fiesta as its up for sale and they look better on it but i know i can sell them for more than my brand new 17" alloys with perfect tyres.

Even my frends say the looked better on the fiesta as (especially from the rear) The car looks REALLY LOW and WIDE.

The alloys even have them special valves in them so noone can let the tyres down. Its hard to describe but basically theres no valves to look at.there inside the wheel. There the flush fit valves(there in demon tweeks)

The only problem is if your after them how do you get them? They are just wrapped up sitting in my garage just now waiting to be bought.

That sounds like a good idea mate...

I didn't like the ideas for spacers at all.. so not having to use them makes me happy..

Where would you say is half way...

Still talking Dad round!!!!
