so you wana put rear discs on your escort?
mk7 is a mk6. just to help confuse you i'll explain, mk7 doesnt exist, should do really but the inbetween model between mk5 and mk6 is mk5b lol

So just to clarify you are refering to a mk6, Yes?

mk5 escort rear beam and mk6 escort rear beam have slighlty different bolt patterns on the hubs.

Mk6 escort beam has the same bolt pattern as the focus hubs. so focus hubs will bolt onto your mk7 (mk6) escort beam.

focus hubs will NOT bolt to a mk5 rear beam (rs2000 or standard)

If you want the rs2000 setup on the mk6 you will need to change the whole rear beam over, not just the hubs.

rs2000 setup is cheaper, but i would prefer the focus setup myself (i've got some focus hubs to go on my track car). However using the focus hubs apparently places the wheel ever so slightly closer the wheel arch.

hth :)

Thanks mate. I've got a 300mmBrembo rear disc conversion on eBay at the moment and someone asked me how to fit it to a 'Mk7' Escort. I knew the hub pattern changed when the Fiesta one did, but I wasn't sure what Escort that translated to.
