Escort RST Kent cam same as Fiesta RST Cam ??

Hi,
I can get a ERST Kent cam for almost nothing (ran 6000 miles) with mechanical tappets..

but will it run with my FRST ??
and will my FRST's performance increase ??

(already running with 57i cone, Magnex exhaust and 165 chip

Jur my friend,

I'm 99% sure that it'll work fine in your festa and yes it will increase the performance (anywhere from 10bhp to 20bhp)

What cam is it. I bought a kent cvh35k cam kit and they list them as fitting both the ERST and the FRST!!

dunno what cam exact, a friend of mine ran it in his ERST with 220BHP .. so it should work fine (-;
