As its not long until the event, i need to sort where we are meeting to give out tickets, track passes etc

Morissons is ideal for us to meet up again. The petrol station opens at 7am, so people can fill up before the show, they have cash points etc too

We will need to be there from about 7.30am, so all tickets etc can be given out, and people can get fuel etc. Look around the car park for my Fiesta, it may be quite busy there. We should be leaving Morissons at around 8.00am to do the 5 mile journey to the circuit, hopefully there wont be too many queues to get in and we can get the stand sorted with plenty of time before the track session at 10.45am:)

For people with satnav the postcode for Morissons is SN146UZ and Castle Combe circuit is SN14 7EY

As with last time i suspect there will be the first 12 offered free admission, the others will have to pay for their admission tickets.

The Action day on the 19th April was a great success for us, the track session was brilliant, and the stand looked fantastic, lets do the same again for Eurofest

I have not heard back from a few people who requested i sort track time for them, if i do not hear back from them in the next few days i will have their entry tickets, stand passes and track time to offer to anyone else who wants it.

Yep, September is a pretty good month for shows, Rallyday is always a good day out too.
