exhaust port size on zetec 1.6/1.8

Could someone on here tell me if the exhaust port size on the 1.6 is different or the same size as the 1.8 please. Its quite urgent! :P

port size? do u mean the standard tail pipe size on the two cars?

i think hes on about the manifold port hole sizes not the tailpaipe :bonkers:

1.6 is smaller on port size

I am not totally convinced on the answers u got. When I converted my 1.6 Zetec to a 2L Zetec i seem to remember reseaarching this extensively and discovered that the 1.6/1.8 and 2l exhaust ports were the same size.
Certainy the 2l and 1.6 were the same as i measured them.

This is not true for inlets they are deffo different
