Are all exhaust systems the same shape for the fiestas?? cheers

Nope! The bottom of the down pipe is in different places depending on the engine type (HCS, CVH and Zetec) and whether or not it has a Cat (meow).
Why do you ask?
If you wanna fit, for example, an FRST exhaust to a 1.3, you'll need to have some welding done at the down-pipe to centre-section join.

no the tube size is bigger on frst and wont seal propley best bet is peformance b/box for xr21 as saves all messing about.

Yes you can, but you will need a sleeve to connect the back box to the system as there is a difference in diamater, as sihart-frst said.
But the shape is the same, so will fit. As i sold my old back box to a MK3 fezzy van owner
