i am just about to put my zetec engine into my 1.6 cvh XR2i, i am just wondering if the XR2i 8v exhaust system will mate up to the Zetec manifold(i have the 1.8 zetec XR2i 16v manifold), as the cvh manifold and the zetec manifold look quite similar. cheers mike

Mike, no it won't - from what I remember the 8v exhaust is bolted to the front section, the Zetec is sleeved and in a different position.

If you can weld you can convert the 8v system easily enough.
