F**king Sods Law!!

Postby Sphinx on Sat May 15, 2010 4:55 pm

So last week I gave the Mazda a good clean and polish ready for sale, took some pics and made the advert. All was well in Mazda land and I got called away with work for the week. So as not to get the Mazda dirty again I took the BMW.
I just got a phonecall about the Mazda arranging to see it tomorrow. I figured I'd better go and give it a quick check to make sure it starts etc after sitting for a week and guess what? the bloody ABS light has come on :x
It's all been fine for months and now of all times the light decides to come on :x :x :x :x

I took it for a spin, turned it off and then on again and the light went out. Carried on driving for another few miles and the light has stayed off (fingers crossed!), no idea if a spider had crawled onto the sensor or what  but I hope to christ it was just a temporary glitch.

Well the people who called about it who were going to 'call back to arrange a time within the hour' haven't done so.
Wow I love time wasters, they rock my world

dont mate, time watsers, dreamers, tyre kickers and pure tw@ts do my head in when selling a car, but there part of the process and your never rid your self of this fungus of life when you got a car up for sale, but the best bit is, 9 times out of 10, you spot the sort they are when they turn up, if, they turn up that is, and you deal with them accordingly
