Fake Dump Valves?

My mate was babbling on about a 'fake' dump valve you can get for non-turbo's Its (supposed) to sound like a real one but...it aint.

Is he talking out of his ringer or has this strange man said something useful. I still think its the second option! :smile:

I've also heard of these and i do think someone makes them..........but leave them for the Nova boys me thinks!!!!! :wink:

Yes he is talkin out of his ring, a n/a engine only builds pressure up in the exhaust, let it out power goes down, not enough to give a good dump anyway.

nah mate, it's a bloke you have to have in the back of your car and every time you change gear he goes "tischhhhhhhhhhhhhh" and lets air out of your spare tyre.
