How many of you would be interested in a performance inlet manifold for a Zetec E? this manifold would be a easy fit using all the standard parts like the injectors and throttle body or a focus central 65mm throttle body at a extra cost, This manifold hasn't been made just yet but it would look like Ian Howells Zetec Turbo inlet as seen on Soy's, Sunnys and Paul Johnson's but as i sad this manifold would be made to fit a N/A Zetec only. Prise would be about £300 depending on cost of the parts and the throttle body.

How would it compare to the standard Zetec-E and Zetec-R inlets for flow efficiency?

"Looking like" someone else's inlet is all well and good but how will you prove it's worth the money? (If it's worth it, I'd be interested in one!).

Also, you mentioned it would be n/a only - why is this?

I hope to do a rolling road before and after, i wont be able to measure its flow efficency so i'm only looking at the bhp/torque before and after.
I mentioned it to be for N/A as Ian Howell has already built one for the turbo engine i'm just hoping to make one better that the Trust Electrical one but you could modifiy it to work with different injectors

i would defiently be interested. Ive got trust electrical one but havent fitted it yet cause it looks a bit of pain. Was thinking of going 2.0 focus for ease of fitment. I wouldnt wanna be paying 300 quid for it though unless its guaranteed to make a decent difference.

Fancy using my car to test it aswell maybe

How much is the trust one??

I will be looking for someone with a tuned zetec engine to try it on and if it gives good power and torque after the owner of the car can have the manifold for free.

£130 isn't that bad, not the best looking thing about and has anyone fitted one to threre car and found it to be better that standard??

Raceline don't do there own heads. thay send them away to someone to do! Thats what i've been told from someone that dose heads all the time.
