Can anybody give me the definitive guide on altering the damping rate on the AVO Evolution Coilover suspension kit, both front and back, as I can't work out how to do it. It's supposed to be on-car adjustable, what damping rate do you recommend? Also can you change the ride height without removing the wheels? I was told you can but cannot see how I can do this with the spanner supplied.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Pictures a bonus.

Thank You

to adjust the damping on the front just open the bonnet put the black adjustment knob on the top of the strut and turn it. the rears there is a knob on the bottom the the damper just put your hand through the wheel and turn it. to adjust the ride height without taking the wheels of jack the car up to take the weight off the wheels, put your hands through the wheels (if you can) undo the grub screw and turn the spring cup by hand. you can turn it easily by hand if they are new, not so if they are older.
hope this is some help
