FAO Ian FRST or Moondust

I need some wheel spacers for my wheels to fit and while searching to find out a bit more about them I saw Ian FRST has 20mm blocks to space out the drums. I think you got these from Moondust, are they something he made up or are they available of the shelf, Ive rung around but nowhere has them.
Any advice much appreciated :)

Marc made them for me, special made, unfortunately not on shelf.. exceptional work tho!
