Okay lets all have a laugh :
On days that i have to go to work (Got to be there at 8:30(AM)) = Bed @ 3(AM), Up @ 7:30(AM), get to work @ 9:15(AM)
On days off (4days a week usally, but 7days a week now ) = Bed @ 4~7(AM), Up at 4~7(PM)

Think im the only person that has to put PM after the time they wake up to avoid confusion
