Remeber i told you that i was 12 Stone 12, and i wanted to loose 5 pounds (yes i know 12,12 isnt much for a 6foot 2guy!!) well ive lost 3 pounds already :D :D :D

Time for Simon T to take my advice on weight loss, he wont listen to me :rolleyes:
