How you doing guys got a set of mondeo v6 alloys they are et40 and i believe the wheels i have just are et35 does that mean i need 5mm spacers all around?the car is an xr2i with 15 inch team dynamic phantoms the profile just now is 195/45/15 and will be using 205/40/16 so is it 5 mm spacers

The wheels you got being et 40 will mean the wheel sits further into the arch, so if you want the same look as you old wheel then you need to use a 5mm spacer, however if cause they are different sizes you best just to put them on and check clearances around the wheel as 5mm may bring them out to far and start buffing on the arches, hope this helps!

You may very well find the 205 tyres cause you grief as well. You'd do better with 195/40/16's
