FAO ZT people!!! Injectors that fit Zetec fuel rail (56k!!!)

OK.
Since I'm plan to build ZT few months ago start search for sidefeed injectors that fit Zetec fuel rail. They can be not direct replacement fot ECC-IV, cause I'll use Megasquirt. And finally found!

Nissan 200SX (S14) injectors fit perfect in Zetec fuel rail! Just need to swap small O-rings, cause Zetec ones is little bit big.

Now some comparison:

Zetec injectors (1 800cc, 105HP):

Flow rate ~ 160-170 cc/min
Impedance - 16 Ohm

Nissan injectors (SR20DET - 2 000 cc, 200HP)

Flow rate - 375 cc/min !!!
Impedance - 10,7 Ohm

So if u plan ZT why don't you take a look at

Megasquirt <- Click, also check Asad's Megasquirt topic <-Click. MS is cheap, easy DIY thing.

Now some pics.

And finally Nissan injector in my Zetec fuel rail:

But that's not all. If you plan REALLY BIG power 375 cc/min can't be enought. 375 cc/min Nissan injectors are good for 300+ HP. Then... just simply shave the cap of injector!!!

Ok, with "shaved" cap now you have ~550 cc/min injectors and can get up to 500HP (!?!).

Have luck!
Sorry for my bad english...

Are you planning to disconnect original fuel pressure regulator in the fuel rail?

I´m Planning to get rid of it and use FSE regulator, just wondering how to disconnect it... I´m not that far yet :)

Have you tested the injectors yet for leaks ect.? Seems to me that the nose is a bit smaller in Nissan injectors.

The fuel regulator is held onto the fuel rail by two small (6 or 7mm I think( bolts and a little O-ring :)
