Fast or just plain slow?

i've fitted a fully reconditioned 1.3 cvh in my mk3 j reg fiesta, it has mods like high lift cam, 1.6 XR2 twin choke webber, performance exhaust, k&n airfilter and ground polished gas flowed ports.
i wondered if any1 would know what sort of car it would be able to beat in a race and whether it would be quick or just plain bog standard slow?
cheers :Q

1.3 CVH!

didnt know they made em. i thought 1.1s and 1.3s were HCS and 1.4s and 1.6s were CVH.

are there many around?

i would have thought u would have a 1.4sr nova easily.

i didn't really want to stick a hcs lump in my car, and had been told that an orion 1.3 would be a much better conversion, so i got a 1985 orion 1.3 cvh engine, reconditioned it and tuned it up a bit. having not driven it im just a bit unsure of how it will perform.
