Hi all im new on here ive got a xr2i rally car with a 2.0 zetec fitted

My current spec is -
2.0 ZETEC 16V ENGINE FULLY REBUILT
K&N 57i FILTER
SCORPION SS EXHAUST NO CAT
RS TURBO GEARBOX WITH LSD AND 4.1;1 F/D
200LBS FRONT STRUTS WITH GAS SHOCKS
140LBS REAR STRUTS WITH GAS STRUTS
FRONT SUSPENSION INCREASED CASTER AND CAMBER
NEW BRAKES FRONT & REAR EBC GREEN
REAR ROLL CAGE
5 POINT HARNESSS
FIBERGLASS SIDE MOUNT BUCKET SEATS
HYDRAULIC HANDBRAkE
IN CAR BRAKE BIAS LEVER
FUEL AND BRAKE PIPES INSIDE CAR
9" SPOT LAMPS 100W BULBS
ALLOY SUMP AND TANK GUARDS
CARBON MUD FLAPS
ALLOY WHEELS WITH 185 70 SP85

Parts sat here waiting to be fitted are - 45mm throttle bodies, 315 ford racing injectors, inlet manifold, mega squirt engine management, cams, adjustable pullys and a 1.8 zetec head for an 11,1 comp ratio
Im am converting the car for track use and occasional road use. Im buying a set of gaz coilovers and would like to know what lbs springs would be best ????

Also where can i take it once there fitted to have the caster and camber set to there best settings ???

At the moment there is no arbs fitted to the car but i have front and rear off an rs1800 and a polybush kit

Im wanting this car to handle very very well.
