Howdy

I wont tell you too much

What i will tell you is that i have the Spax PSX kit, lowering the car 60mm
Remove the blue stripe  and get your boot de-locked.

I have a genuine FRST so i obviously have the turbo engine, you will need to pay a lot of cash for only a few more BHP
But you could get the usual stainless steel exhaust, mine is 3.5" tail pipe. Then get a K&N filter, warning!! the Fezzy 57i is tiny, i got a larger one

Apart from that, make your car to your taste and personnal set-up.

Cheers.
Personal Setup Of course. Its just spec issues im worried about how much u can lower it etc, dont wanna fail my MOT [ERRR] it wont go on the ramp. Im not interested in much more bhp yet l00ks needed first. I know im gonna get the wikid spoiler from that animal kit. So im gonna go from there.

Okay dokey

My car passes the MOT no problem, with a 60mm drop and i can't get a trolley jack underneath
It doesn't matter if your car can't get up the ramps........height of your car is not in the MOT

As for looks, i would recommend taking off your blue stripe and getting the bumpers colour coded
What wheels have you got ?

Hmmmmmmmmm my mate has a renault 19 16v job his was lowered so much that any rear seat passengers caused his 17"s to rub against the arches. He failed his MOT as the car couldnt get on the ramp.
I have BK 5 spokes not sure of the model they are 15" with red centre, They is wikid and will do untill i have payed off my credit card enough to get some 17"s have the arches sorted etc.
Today me and my mate got hold of a boot popper and delocked the boot (my mate did most of it) it looks sweet along with a mk4 wiper arm i got from me local scrapper. Just i even got away with spraying the filler with a can from halfords, wack the T-Cut on an bobs your uncle
I got a just got a Peco back box with a 3" pipe looks sweet

I think your mates car failed the MOT probably because it rubs so much, which could be taken as dangerous as the tyres could burst at high speed.
MOT's are also at the discretion of the tester, so if he/she doesn't like how low your car is they can fail it

Good to see the modifying is going well
Does the MK4 wiper fit well ? as i have only seen 1 and it didn't sit properly.
