Fiesta 1.3 to be modded on limited budget

Hey, I'm a 17 year old just about to pass test (hopefully) :) lol. Been looking at fiesta's for a while now and defo think it's the car for me. I would like something black and perhaps with some mods already down, less for me to spend! As you can guess i'm on a limited budget and insurance is a extortinate!(Hence the 1.3) I have about £1200 to spend on the car - and live in the glasgow area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
