Fiesta fueling / general set up

Need help. Does anyone on here live in the surrey area and would like to help get my fiesta running properly .

I've put another ofab ecu and wiring loom on it and map sensor and co pot. It idles fine but if u try and rev it quickly it bogs out and dies. But if u go very gently it will rev to around 5000 5500 rpm. It smells like neat fuel all the time but not sure where to set the co pot.
