yeh was lucky with the blow out luckily stayed on the rim and i have had experience of tyres going from the last crash so kept my head cool and just did everything gradually
the discs i skimmed the lip off the edge with a grinder making sure to keep it flat to the discs face

just fitted a new radio and sorted so I have 2 wheels on the front that match and 2 on the rear that do bought some graphite grey to refurb the wheel will be done next week hopefully

5 doors makes it more justifiable to keep when kids come along! Sod getting a "my life is over" MPV, even if it was a "sports" version.

if i had a bunch of kids to be concerned with i wouldnt bother just having a mk3 fiesta, mainly for safety but as you dont dont want a 5 door, theyre unattractive on such a small car

unless its a money issue

nah A539 front 195 45 r15 back one michelin energy 195 50 r15 one continental sport contact the same
S2 wheels back escort front with 4mm spacers to make offset equal :D
did the spax shocks and underseal same time as i did the hoses ect alot better
shortened shocks ready for eibach, h&r or apex spring not sure which either 25mm drop or 35mm
getting engine this week ready for the planned rebuild :D
thinking of port the head, decent manifolds either ford or aftermarket with deep , desk or dewy ecu
probs get a ZS rear beam and was debating rear disc but as Jay Rs once said "I know more than and hand full of people who all run 300bhp fiesta's with rear drums and they dont struggle. FWD cars need better brake upfront" and tbh 258mm brakes work ok for 2.0 mondeos so should be fine
Although debating a bigger servo
Think I need bumpers next as I want RS front bumper. bonnet and ZS rear so If anyone has them in red knocking about
pm me :D

PS Tape is where the hose touches the bonnet under acceleration not damaging but id rather mark the tape :D
