jonyb4 :i know plenty about them
You know plenty about shoddy installations and talking s**t, f**k off back to that hole you came from, better still, have someone torch the escort with you inside. What a loss for the world it would be loosing someone who is a zetec and endura expert!
Stupid c**t

Re: Fiesta mk2 - 2.0 zetec lives !
BIG UPDATE !
this morning adam towed the mk2 up to top gear in st albans. They done a excellent job and im affraid the st170 manifold wasnt to be. It was simply not going to work with a front mounted starter motor. So in time we will obtain the iB5 gearbox and a rear starter then re-attempt the st170 manifold.
anyway enough jibber jabber ... Pics !
Now sporting a rev counter that works !
The exhaust fitter even made me a stainless hose joiner to join the 2.0 maf to the air intake hose . Cone filter temp fitted until we re think the airbox once 1.1 master cylinder and servo will be swapped for the mondeo items
comments welcome as usual
Btw it fudgekin goes like the stink !
that is all

jayrs :nice mate, glad its all sorted, now get that master cylinder and servo on and lose that tape
that tape is the reason its running ok atm - need a hose joiner when i get some more dosh.
with no filter on it hunts around quite badly
Cossie brakes and rs2000 discs will be on shortly with the new mondeo servo and cylinder

Excellent work, Clark! 2ltr in that shell should go extremely well
As for the loose intake debate, I can confirm it will stall if it comes off from experience

wasn't my word jony, but yeah, they will keep stalling without it on. Maybe yours uprated leads helped, or the massive amount of power just allowed it to carry on?

Clark thats looking like a very neat install. How do you rate the the 2.0l mk2 then? Have you driven it much? I love driving mine, its a little hard on fuel but aside from that its great.
Cheers for the detail on the tank as well, although im sure thats the same place I got mine, maybe I was sent the wrong one by mistake?
Gareth.
