coming together nicely, not sure about the colour though but hey, like the other's said - you won't be able to miss it
I reckon the old mk3/3.5 3dr shells in good nick will be going for more of a premium soon, as with the old escort shells as more people want good shells for projects.
Can't wait to see it when It's done.

your not meant to spray that rubber splitter at the bottom of the xr2i bumper - that simple pulls off from behind.
Also i am conserned anout the lack of masking - mainly the grey radiator you now have. I would have words about that... remember your engine bay is gonna be covered in grey mist.
Apart from that good progress

I'm going to paint the rubber bit black because it was abit tatty, and as for the rad im not to bothered about that because its a 1.1 and i want some more power when i get some more money but i can see it looks abit shabby

once the rubber starts flexing the paint will start craking and flaking off and it'll probably look even worse than it was when "tatty"

Looking good fella
Certainly wont miss you coming down the road in that car, As for the splitter you painted by mistake. if you cant clean off the paint then ford still sell them new for around £40.

The arches normally do get bent out of shape when removed with force. Get around this by bonding them on underneath where the arch wont sit flush.
