yes james you are correct its to do with the oil cooler, these hoses in picture 2 and 3 come from the back by the oil filter on the endura engine. to start heres a picture of the radiator from my n/a diesel, just 2 connections.
in pictures 2 and 3 i have taken pictures of the oil cooler pipes, this is what confuses me a little, where to link them up to with the fiesta as the n/a diesel did not have this
also see in picture 3 the hose in my hand, this this pipe comes from the top right of the head at the back and goes into the top matrix hose, its exactly the same on my n/a diesel.
you mentioned about the header tank return (i havent got this on my radiator), see picture 4 i have taken a picture of a hose of my n/a diesel, this comes from the thermostat housing into a plug on the left hand side on the head at the back and into the top of the header tank, the endura engine has exactly the same, and i have tried the pipe on the endura diesel and it fits lovely.
regards

You could use this drawing ade by NeilH to give you an idea how to route the hoses. Remember that drawing is from an CVh engine
I had to change my rad a year ago and I had two choises, one made by a company in Spain and the other one made by a company in Turkey. I bought the one from Turkey and it works great. It's in fact a very similar radiator but it's tubular instead of the other system (thin fins??) and has the extra connection that you are needing for the oil cooler.
The company es called Kale Otoradyatör. I checked theyr website and couldn´t find a dealer list for England but you could email them and asked them for a dealer. The web is http://www.kaleoto.com.tr/ just check the online catalog and you will find the drawing from the radiator and also the product number if you want to ask them.

mount
just been doing some work today removing the last of the parts i dont need, progress is slow as i work early hours.
ive angle grinded this mount off the front, something to do with the PAS i believe , it was most annoying to remove and took a while. this is about half way through in the picture.
just purchased some new glow plugs, and when i took the old ones out they snapped off .

project abandoned!!
after taking the lower arm cradles off i found nasty rust and i could put a screw driver through some points of it.
however i still have a brand new hoist and endura engine almost completed if they want to take it over from me?
hoist and endura engine together £250.

RS_Rawli ::lol:
quite fancy some turbodieselage, will have to have a good read of this post, see if i can be arsed, id buy it off you but got money being spent elsewhere at the mo
where are you located?
my main concern is t get a car on the road, im thinking of a TDCI focus, and MAYBE buying another diesel fiesta with a good shell to work with as a project, the endura engine is almost complete, all i need to do is- use the engine mount from n/a diesel, crank pulley and its all ready.
were taking the engine out of the white car on saturday and using these parts and then i will say goodbye to the white diesel for good, though its been good for 3 years .

rob pace :all i need to do is- use the engine mount from n/a diesel, crank pulley and its all ready.
Plus modify/fit exhaust system, find/fit Mk1 inlet manifold and find/fit a flywheel. Are you set to go with the wiring on it? Just clearing up what's actually left to do

got a price for a flywheel, £28 +del, rhinopower had an inlet, was speaking to craigc38 on here regarding a exhaust.
if i get the right price for engine and hoist someone else can take this on. if not ill wait around for another diesel with a good shell/nkackered engine.
my car is too rusty, i had the sill done, cheap skin and i jacked it up and it caved in, under passenger and driver footwell corrosion is starting, rear turrets are starting to rust, boot sill is going rusty, front valence is rusting, rear valence is rusting, lower arm cradles when you take them off its rusting and so on......
what wiring james ? you mean with the rad switch? i changed the fiesta thermostat housing over so the fiesta loom will not need cutting?

the final days of 3 years of ownership, heres why i made a decision to give up the endura project!
look at the top picture, thats the bottom of the wing, i pulled it off with my hands! and in that pic look at the rust on drivers side and by the wishbone bolt where the jack is holding the car up!
and look at the car with no bumpers after being stripped a little! loads of parts avaliable!
oh and want a laugh, look at my old diesel engine - http://www.fiestaturbo.com/forums/viewt ... highlight=
ghost is taking it over, hopefully his shell hasnt seen better days! ghost as son as its done i want a ride in your car!

Tis a fair call. For some reason I thought you were going to write me a step-by-step guide!
So many thoughts going through my head.................
Might just rip the loom out anyway and whack in my zetec one.
