Fiesta RS turbo,10,000 miles
I am advertising this car on here for its owner as it needs a new home and needs to be somebody who can look after it and take it to shows. Fiesta RS Turbo, same owner since new, only done 10,000 miles in 20 years.
The car has never been in the rain!!
Still has all its original parts fitted like tyres, exhaust, radio etc.
Never had any paintwork.
The owner is selling as its become a stress for him to keep and has made his mind up to sell it.
I've known the guy and car for many years and I know how hard this sale will be to him.
The car has not been out of the garge since 2007 until yeasterday.
Price wise as it must go to a good home £8500 as it must be the lowest milage one around.
The car is in Manchester.

Worst advert. Any interior, engine bay, underneath etc pictures? MOT? Tax? Service history to backup mileage?

definitely needs a better advert, you're underselling it especially for the price!

I m selling the car for the owner, I'm limited to getting the car out of the garage but Its had the same owner from new,its got all the history with it to prove the milage, Original bill of sale etc.
The car has no mot as its been in storage since 2007.

How do we know its mint? Hard to tell from 3 poor quality photos. Just because its low mileage doesn't mean its a minter.

Re: Fiesta RS turbo,10,000 miles
what he's saying is that no one IS going to roll up with that sort of money becasue of your limited advert
dont need to get it out of the garage to get pictures, just research mk3's and take pictures of the common problem areas, i.e sills, footwells arches and filler cap, just because its low milage we dont know the situation underneath
and if your selling for someone im sure they wont mind you getting a few pictures of the documents/interior

Re: Fiesta RS turbo,10,000 miles
Thats a very nice and original looking car.
I disagree with the above posts and IMO a mod should delete the posts as it makes the thread untidy.
If a GENUINE person is intrested, they will pick up the phone or send a message for more information. If I was looking for a low mile minter Id make the effort to go and see the car rather than sitting behind a keyboard looking at pictures. Regardless of pictures, they never show the true conditon of any car............you need to see, feel hear and smell the car to be able to make the purchase.
Good luck with the sale.

Original tyres should be replaced regardless off condition as there so old. First thing I would do is knock £400 to allow for new ones

Re: Fiesta RS turbo,10,000 miles
Why do people have to put their two bob into the hat when it comes to other people selling nice cars.
The person who has £8500 in his pocket needs to make the decision to buy it and what the condition of the car is. Needless comments such as dirt on the 20 year old tyres is irrelevant or any scratches and scuffs especially if they aint gonna buy.
The seller seems to be genuine and honest and has promised pics of the car to come at a later date. If these pics show the car as stunning i personnally would want all the negative comments retracted and replaced with words as "stunning" etc
Id pay £8500 for it any day. I have got my own one as people know, and im not going to buy it for that reason. A car is only worth what an individual wants to pay for it. People who dont see the car as worth £8500 should not bother commenting as it ruins the post with silly bitchy comments.
Good luck with the sale mate. Worth every penny!!

Looks like a good car to me. As he says, if somebody wants it they will go and get it. I went from Essex to Manchester to look at mine and bought it on the spot 5 years ago. Still got her still with the 42,000 miles still on the clock with 1 prev owner .
