Fiesta RS Turbo 77500 3 owners £2000
Ok here we have my beloved Ford Fiesta RS Turbo
H reg 1991 she has 77500 miles on her which is low for her age.
Runs out of tax at the end of this month 30th November 2014 and runs out of MOT on the 19th December 2014
only 3 owners from new.
been in my family since 1993.
Ok a bit of her history
she was purchased by my uncle in 1993 second hand from Godfrey Davis. Still have original receipt of purchase. This made him the 2nd owner.
She was used up until 2003 where she sat until 2011 when I purchased her from him, at that point she had 58000 miles on the clock. I got her serviced, a new mongoose exhaust and a few modifications which set me back just short of £2000.
As of today she has 77500 which means I have done about 19000 miles since I have had her which is coming up to 3 years.
This is 1 of the reasons I want to sell her. she needs to go to someone who can take better care of her than I can.
work i have had done
I will list the work that I have got done to her but this is not inclusive of the following
black diamond discs, pads and braided brake hoses
rear shoes (but cant remember if it was brembo or ebc)
full mongoose exhaust
timing belt and water pump kits
front and back struts
rear shocks and springs
exhaust manifold gastket
forge actuator (original is now back on)
2wd road tune and setup
msd 165bhp chip
spark plugs
alternator and starter motor
k&n induction kit
vibra technics gearbox mounts and engine mount
rocker cover and gaskets
Airtec Uprated Radiator (stage 2 i think, in black)
Airtec intercooler (double size in black)
New original t2 turbo(cr turbos)
Alpine head unit
Inphase front door speakers(passanger side is faulty)
plus MOTs and services etc
list goes on
most recent I have had the front wheel bearings and cv joint replaced and tracking done which set me back a massive £350, this leads me to the bad parts about her.
bad parts
front of car has been cut to make way for the double sized intercooler, (done by power engineering)(please see pics)
Rust spot drivers side wing(please see photos)
Hazard warning light plastic button has broke(sits in there, just some clip broke)
Drivers door is a bit sticky when opening and shuting.
Front right fog glass is cracked.
Needs a new clutch but not major.
Passanger side speaker is faulty.
Weatherstrip drivers side needs replacing.
Passanger side seatbelt adjuster has snapped off(little plastic thing)
Digs and chips.
Steering pull to the right.
MOT runs out 19th December 2014 but should sail through as I know nothing accept for the parts above why it would fail.
This may seem like a long list but I am just trying to explain the car best I can and honestly.
Good parts
She is well worth the £2000 asking price, interior is great, no rips or tares on any of the seats, doorcards clean,
Steering wheel in good condition, everything original gear knob, cigorette lighter etc
She has always started 1st time, regardless of the weather.
Original bodywork and paint,
Original 3 spoke wheels.
The car comes with all sorts of goodies, I have the original head unit with code.
Original air filter box and a brand new k&n filter
Original turbo(will need a refurbished if used or sold)
Forge actuator(was on for about 500 mile or less)
Red HT leads(original? I dont know)
Original jack and jack part and original wheel brace
exhaust manifold and down pipe.
there is a spare wheel with a pirelli (p600 I think) under the car, good luck getting it off.
Comes with my Alpine CDE 126BT head unit(usb play, bluetooth and all that
Engine mount (as in my opinion the vibra technic engine mount it to hard)
Door speaker holders for 15" speakers I think.
also have the tow bar but its rusty as anything.
Overall she is a diamond in the dirt.
Very quick
Runs really well.
I saw another fiesta rs turbo on ebay, same year as mine with more miles and 11 owners with no green strips around the car and its up for £4000,
I am looking for only half that. which I think is more than fair.
if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
I will leave my email address at the bottom. email me with any questions and if you want to come and see her let me know.
Sorry about the photos but it was getting dark by the time I got chance, more clearer photo tomorrow.
Based in rickmansworth hertfordshire.
Thank you Adam

Re: Fiesta RS Turbo 77500 3 owners £2000
Hello All.
I am now the new owner of this Rs Turbo. I have an Fiesta Rs 1800 as well.
Performance wise there is no comparison. With the Turbo chipped it is much faster.
I am very pleased with my turbo. And with a little tlc I hope to make it into a very good original fiesta.
One small weld for the mot , apart from that the car body has all its original panels.
I would like to thank Adam , the original seller on this post who phoned me with all the cars history.
Very pleased with my purchase.
As I am new to this forum, Hello everyone, and a Merry Christmas.
