About 200bhp forged pistons woun't give you any more power they will just let you run more with out blowing a hole in them you need a T3 to give it a push well over the 200bhp my mate has the same spec and he got 198bhp i would get a chip mapped form Grove or MSD afetr the T3. I hope you have the fuel pump and injectors to go with the chip

You shouldn't be driving your car around unlees you have 701 injector's in there and and a escort cossy fuel pump i would remove the chip asap and you wouldn't be able to run cossy injector's on a stage 2 chip as there low impedance and a fiesta turbo need's high impedance. Stage 2 chip's need 701 injectors as that's what all standard stage 2 chips are mapped for

If there cossy one's there no good what so ever you need beige 701's which are high inpedance (16ohms) you can only run cossy injectors if you are running cossy managementessexracing1 :j7aoc :You shouldn't be driving your car around unlees you have 701 injector's in there and and a escort cossy fuel pump i would remove the chip asap and you wouldn't be able to run cossy injector's on a stage 2 chip as there low impedance and a fiesta turbo need's high impedance. Ford motorsport one's or lancia delta intergrale injectors would be next step up but the chip you use must be mapped for the injectors so you will need to get a chip mapped so you can go to the next step

I would find out if it has an uprated fuel pump as you need one for a stage 2 chip then t3 after that i would have it all set up on a rolling roadessexracing1 :ok thanks mate and will i see a good boost of power then ??

You'll also need the rubber oil return elbow and the metal push fit to block for the drain and braided oil supply pipe. As well as this you will need the Escort RS turbo exhaust manifold and downpipe and somebody who's a dab hand with a welder to mate the Escorts exhaust to the Fiestas.
It's not quite as straight forward as just bolting bits up but it's not too far off and well worth doing in the pursuit of power.
