Fiesta RS Turbo - SOLD
Hi
I have decided to sell my much loved Fiesta RS Turbo, two cars is just not sensible for me right now and so the toy has to go, but I am in no rush to sell so no silly offers!! The car has been stored in the dry and only driven once in the rain since I have owned it and the previous owner is a friend of mine who did the same for the 2 years he owned it before me. Details below;
1991 J reg Fiesta RS Turbo, 99k miles
Restored in 2009 after the car was sat in a garage for 6 years by a previous owner who I managed to contact. He said the petrol cap wing had been replaced and it had a full respray in 2K Brilliant White (brighter than the original Diamond White).
The interior is fully standard except from a black ford gear knob (not grey) and a boost gauge mounted in front of the fuse cover. Interior is in very good condition with only one finger width hole in the rear seat. Comes with a JVC CD player.
ZVH 1.8 block and original 1.6 head
T3 turbo
Bosch 701 'Beige' Injectors
Evolution 200 chip
Custom 3" stainless steel exhaust with 4" outward rolled Scorpion tip
Pipercross Air Filter
Airtec Double Capacity Intercooler
Blue Hoses
Auto Specialists breather pot
I do not have any other information regarding the engine as the previous owner sourced the engine and gearbox to fit the restoration. All I know is that it is very quick and strong with plenty more potential. The car has run faultlessly in the past 3 years.
AVO Coilovers
Polybushed
Goodridge braided brake lines apart from one front that is standard (must have been a replacement)
Clifford Concept 300 CAT 1 alarm
Standard 3 spoke wheels with EBC Green Stuff brake pads and grooved discs
Mk3.5 mirrors (I have the original standards)
Accessory Euro rear lights (I have the original standards)
Car also comes with a Halfords advanced car cover
MOT until 19th July 2015 (Almost a full year). The advisories were a slight oil misting on one of the rear shocks and 2 tyres with low tread.
Tax runs out end of September 2014.
There is a leak on the gearbox which I'm pretty sure is from one of the drive shaft seals. I have new seals ready to fit but will reduce the costs accordingly if it sells before I fit them. The car is still fine to drive (I was at National Day last Sunday and it drove there and back from Milton Keynes with no problems what-so-ever).
There are a lot of receipts and old MOTs included in the sale. This is an immaculate example of a Fiesta RS Turbo and if I could I would love to keep it. I think with the time and room (which I do not have) this could become very close to concourse condition.
I am looking for £4,800 ONO
Please call or text me on 07854506925 if you are interested and want to view it.
Thanks
James

Cheers you two above!
The car will be at Ford Fair (if I still have it) on the Milton Keynes RS stand if anybody wants to view it then.
