red white or blue, all the right colours, as thats the colour of our flag so there all good although, red plays a bigger part than the white, and blue was never a factory colour, so nuff said

you all know reds the best, your just being bias as your unlucky enough not to have a red one
the small K&N is a breather filter for the breather pot, the other mushroom filer is the main air filter, its not a K&N, its a , in fact i dunno what make it is thinking about it, HKS is that right maybe??

Re: fiesta rs turbo, updated, new pics
hat's off to HIC, they came through for me and done what they said they would, they rushed my agreed vaulation through for me, considering it can take upto 28 days, i called them today at lunch time, and the lady informed me it had been completed as of, just gone 11am this morning (monday) so as near as damn it, it took a week
so no fears of bringing her to fordfair this year now
just gotta get her booked in for MOT as it runs out on the 5th, and we away

MOT booked for the 8th for the RS
gunna rebleed the brakes as they feel a bit funny, prob cos im used to the focus brakes, but its best to be safe than sorry.
plan is to take her down to petrol station friday morning (the 10th) fill her up, bring her home, prep her for fordfair, and wait for it............ the wife will help me or said she would, there still time for that to change
load up the boot with the crap that i norm carry on a mainland run, spares, tools, cleaning stuff, water etc etc and the bits i gotta bring along for other people, then tuck her away in the garage until early sat evening when i bring her back up home ready for leaving home at 3am sunday morning maybe, just maybe, i can have a nice easy saturday and get to bed early so i get some decent sleep instead of rushing like mad sorting the car out and getting into bed at midnight then getting up again at 2.30am
hope i havent jinxed it

na not for me mate, the wife wont camp, plus it will be me, the wife and 3 kids, would need a large tent, then putting it up, taking it down, na CBA mate
i enjoy the drive up in the morning anyway tbh, not so much when you miss the 4am boat and the next aint till 6am and your sat at the ferry terminal for 2 hours as its not worth going back home, like i done the other year only live 15/20 mins from ferry, but still wasnt worth it, then it made the drive up there a rush and got there later than i wanted too.
still, hopefully that wont happen this year, but provided i get some decent sleep ill be fine fella

Re: fiesta rs turbo, updated, new pics
almost , it would of been had i asked to adjust the handbrake cable while it was on the ramp , now i gotta jack the fcuker up and do it
its works fine, but 5 clicks, 6 for a better grip, is 2-3 more than i like, and im sure it wasnt that much last year, but then again, i fitted drums back on pretty much just before fordfair.. so im gunna rebleed the brakes, they dont feel as good as they were/can be, and im sure its not just the fact im used to driving the st, and adjust the cable, and thats hopefully all that i gotta do tocvuh wood and all that.

Re: fiesta rs turbo, updated, new pics
booked the ferry today for fordfair, bloody £47.10 return
also, re-bled the brakes today, tiny bit of air from one of the rears but nothing major, all the other 3 were fine, so thats all good, and also adjusted handbrake too.
so, plan for friday is, go get the tax, then onto ferry port to collect tickets, then go to the RS, take it down to petrol station and fill the tank, then back up home, where the missis is going to hoover it and clean up the inside, while i sort the boot out, then i'll wash, polish, and wax it, and give the engine bay a quick wipe down, then shes ready to roll so ill put her back in garage untill about 3pm saturday when i bring her back up home ready for leaving at 3am sunday morning
