Fiesta RS Turbo VGC ***SOLD***

Postby HigginsRST on Fri Dec 30, 2011 4:01 pm

For sale is my Mercury grey Fiesta RS Turbo, I have owned the car for roughly 2 months due to the fact that I took it in part exchange for a load of S1 bits that I have recently broken from a friend to help him out, had it not been such a nice example I wouldnt have bothered. Having owned my S1 for 7 years I feel that I have done and enjoyed the whole RS Turbo thing so the time has come to move away from fords for a bit and move on to pastures new.

The car is far from concourse but is in very very good condition for its age, it has a couple of very small rust bubbles on the roof, a small car park dent on the wing and the wheels have some light curbing. These do not detract from the general condition and apperance of the car, I am just trying to describe as accurately as possible. In my opinion this is definately one of the nicer original Fiesta turbo's left. The car has done 119000 miles and has had 7 previous owners, two of which being a fanatical friend that owned the car twice. It has MOT untill July 3rd and will come with 6 months tax from January. It is also HPI clear.
The car drives as it should with and does not use any oil.

The spec of the car is as Follows.

Standard 1600cc CVH with standard T2 turbo.
Super chips “165” Ecu chip.
K&N cone filter.
Mongoose turbo back exhaust system.
Escort cosworth “uprated” Fuel pump.
Airtec double capacity Intercooler
Airtec Alloy radiator.
Samco Boost hoses.

Full top end rebuild with new piper 285T2 cam kit (250 miles old) along with new cambelt, water pump, alternator and brand new ISCV.

Gaz adjustable coilover suspension on the rear.
Koni shocks and springs (non adjusting) on the front.
Powerflex front Anti roll bar bushes.
Escort Cosworth front brakes with grooved discs

Escort Cosworth 16” Alloy wheels
16mm hub centric wheel spacers on the rear
Golf VR6 front splitter.
Mk3.5 door mirrors
Mk 4 Rear wiper arm.

Racetech boost gauge. Turbo boost set at 12psi. (It was set to this before I owned it)

The car comes with a very comprehensive history including all old MOT's service history, recepts dating back to when the car was new and even the original bill of sale when the car was originally bought from a ford dealership in Bournemouth.

I am looking for £2500 firm and I am not open to offers as I feel this is a very reasonable price for such an original well looked after car.

The car is located in Southampton.
