fiesta si/rs

hello i no i might be completly wrong but 1 of my mates has got an xr3i escort and has got the rst brain and fuel pump if i was to get a fiesta rst brain would i be able to run it on mi 1.6 si??

I very much doubt it, I may be wrong though. The FRST is a cvh engine and your 1.6si is a zetec I don't think they would be compatible at all tbh.

Nope.

You're mate is full of crap, as the RS Turbo uses Bosch KE Jetronic and the XR3i uses K Jetronic. Swapping the ECU's would yield nothing whatsoever. The RST and 3i shared the same fuel pump from the factory though sio he gets half a point.

You're a bit stuck with your Si I'm afraid as there is nothing you can do to yield any worthwhile results. :(
