easy really ,put plenty of good tacks on it, then brake one full runner off from the head flange and from the collector, weld it on the bench ,polish it ect then weld it back on and start again :)

What sort of tig torch are you using as when you get to the collector its going to get tight

I use a WP26 flex head, small back cap, No7 Gas lens and the tungsten stuck out i still find it tight

i have a few different torches i can use,but my er9 with a flexy head will be fine .granted it will get tight but it wont be a problem .
im coded in tig welding stainless pipe in every position :D

good job you have done there mate. How long have you been in the welding game are you coded in tig because the quality is amazing fella. My old man is spying over my shoulder and commenting that this is some very good work and he has been a welder for 40 years. He used to weld gas mains and all sorts and said you are very talented.

Very nice work!! I have a manifold that was supposedly welded by a professional exhaust specialist, and the quality of work doesn't even remotely come close to what you've done there! :D

Just a quick question. When you have a manifold of this type with the turbo over the gearbox so to speak what down pipe do you use :-?
