Hi Chaps,

My fiesta XR2i has been sat there for a year and ive hardly touched it. Spent months at a time working on it over 2 years before hand.

It has an RS2000 engine fitted in which i got running. Has everything there , also superchip for the ECU. Will need the coil pack loom doing , i have 2 of them but both need refurbing. I started to refurb one but ive lost interest in the project. I chose the RS lump as i thought it would be different than a zetec or an rs turbo lump.

I purchasee the engine rom a chap on Ebay as a runner but later found out the gasket had gone and one of the cams were seized. Its all been sorted now. The head has been cleaned, skimmed , has had new piston rings , timing chain , tensioner , oil pump chain and cam sprockets and fresh oil etc. sounds lovely. The alternator is mounted on a bracket ive made but could do with being neater. I have sourced a belt for this which is fitted and working so alot of this hard work has been done including the engine mount modified, brand new clutch and zetec 1.8 flywheel. I have also fitted another gearbox that i was told only covered 60k

The body work on the car needs sorting. Needs some welding on the drivers side sill as there's rust there. I have rs2000 brake callipers which will be included but would need new disks. All the inside has been stripped and has 2 recaro black ford seats in fairly good condition.

the whole car needs work to be honest but a great project to take on. This is really a spares repairs as i have never had the car driving and only had it idling and revving on the drive. Its stored in a garage in Chilton nr Thame , Oxfordshire.

Looking to see if this would be any interest to anyone but looking for £1000 and no less really as ive spent so much on this. Will chuck in lots of rs2000 and xr2i bits that i have laying about also. I want everything gone really.
