First working shots of miniPC setup + new vid clip!
Hi guys,
In light of recent events I didn't really feel like posting it up - but then thought that maybe it would take our minds off of things maybe.
Have just got some tidying up (and proper mounting) of the miniPC system which I will be selling through my company.
Here are some pics of the car and the system - sorry about the big download and poor quality of some of the pics (my Fuji camera can't stand twilight!).
Let me know what you think,
Cheers,
Andy
P.S. Thanks to Ins@[ERRR] for selling the seats to us the other day

Here's some more pics - showing first steps for securing the PC in the boot, will be painted and carpeted up tomorrow and the PSU is being put into a vented ABS box with 12V fan to aid cooling - this will be included in all of my basic systems.
Cheers,
Andy

Cheers dude,
The only thing that isn't standard about it apart from the seats and PC are the lowered suspension (very shoddy job by previous owner) and the towbar (was previously used to tow a jetski from round here to the beach a few miles down the road - that's how we first saw it being advertised for sale on our way back from the beach one day).
We're picking up AndyBlackFRST's old 15" Momo's hopefully on Wednesday so that should pretty much finish the car off (although personally I'd like my Dad to put a nice subtle s/s exhaust system on it to give it a better rasp!).
Shall post up more pics of the progress tomorrow - should be pretty much complete!
Cheers,
Andy

Right - latest pics of the work done on the car today, just general tidying up and hard-wiring of the screen etc.
Also got some vid clips of the system running - will get some better ones tomorrow in better light conditions for the camera etc. (although you'll all be able to have a proper look at it on Sunday at FITP ) - right click and save target as:

No no no no no,
I personally think that it would make it look tacky having clear repeaters when the car never came with them.
If we were to change the side repeaters it would be to orange mondeo oval ones.
Cheers,
Andy

Right,
Here's the car as it is now (with new wheels - thanks to AndyBlackFRST )
Wheels before:
Wheels after cleaning :
And here's a shot of the car with the new wheels on - I think it looks spot on!
Sorry about the poor downsizing, using my Dad's computer so just got photobucket to use it's crumby resizing algorithm.
Better quality pics to be redone later on my own PC.
Cheers,
Andy
