I personally didn't know about it until to after the event, the same goes for the the two FT.com spinning wheels as well. I take it you don't want the FCGB to ban FT.com as well? It is easy to be critical after the event on a large showground.
I am going to suggest to the main man to put them near the entrance, plus have a word with them along the lines we did to ZSOC.

As much as I agree I didn't see anyone go over to the FCGB stand to tell them about it, so they wouldn't have known.

Supose so. Personally I think bombing down a gravel track and showering other peoples cars with stones is very different to the spinning wheels thing, although i didnt even notice that happening tbh. Have you spoken to the Probe owners club about it? If not then they are blatently going to do the same thing this year.

I don't know who it was spinning the wheels, if I remember correctly it was that green highly modified Fiesta, in which case he's never on this site usually!

Also the silver Capri from what I have heard from a fellow FCGB official.

Ok, silver blue!
As for the green car he is sorted, if he even squeaks he will be removed!

M1K3Y_B :
is this car meant to be the offending Capri?
I doubt it.
I never doubt anything. As the other one was black, it does not leave another one.
I didn't see them, but I will not question the person who did as he is also a Trustee of the club.

Maybe it was one from another stand that just happened to be passing us at the time? We were next to one of the ways onto the exit track so loads of people drove past us as they were leaving. Some feeling the need to yank the handbrake or spin the wheels.

your witness didn't even manage to get the colour right, but whatever. I won't bother arguing anymore cos I don't want to rock the boat for FT with the FCGB.

i did see that same capri spin his wheels on the day as im sure i had shouted at the driver, i also had words with the guy in the green fiesta who was also wheelspinning and wasnt both these cars on your stand on the day,i have all the infomation about the probe aswell and will personally be keeping an eye on these cars on the day and if any stupid driving antics are seen on the day by anyone on any clubstand they will be escorted off the show ground and that also includes the fcgb stand which i am now a trustee of.
but please do feel free to come and see me on the day if you have any problems at all.

That green fiesta, although was on our stand, isn't even an FT car so no idea where it came from. Apparently there have been issues with this car with UKFN too?THE GIT :i also had words with the guy in the green fiesta who was also wheelspinning and wasnt both these cars on your stand on the day,.

I post as Andie everywhere else (FCGB/UKFN/FEOC/Fiestaguides/Fiestaclub.nl etc) and have caught up with him on UKFN.
At present I don't think he is a UKFN Plus member, (which he needs to be to go to the show with them), so unless he joins he may try and come with FT.com again.

I'd really rather that first hand witnesses pass comment on behaviour rather than rely upon heresay and conjecture. In addition, the second sentence sounds rather like a threat to me. Threatening behaviour isn't tolerated on these forums, it results in a permanent ban.
Nothing to see here...

Re: FITP 2009 Sunday May 17th @ Huntingdon Racecourse
Why are prople getting so up in arms about this? At the end of the day, wether we saw the cars wheelspinning or not, the only person who truly knows is the driver of the car.
All that needs to be said really is that if they choose to drive like a gammon slipper at one of the most popular Ford shows of the year the whole club is in jeapordy of being banned. Thats about as simple as you're going to get it! Thats the simple matter of it. If someone has seen the cars wheelspinning, then we know it has more than likely happened. We can't comment otherwise unless we kept a 24 hour close eye on the drivers, therefore, instead of the threats flying around, lets keep it at that. I know we mean well but at the end of the day, its up to the driver himself to defend himself. I don't want the club to suffer at the hands of one or two members. If they're caught this year, the club will face repurcussions. The drivers of said cars have to realise they represent the club, therefore any bad behaviour reflects on the whole community.
I'm not going to say that the Capri wouldn't wheelspin. I'm not going to say he did, all I'm going to say is that the past is the past, but if it happens again (on purpose) I don't want FT to be banned from a fantastic show tbh.
