can get a powerchip for the Si for £153inc vat and delivery, is it worth it? shop claims it can give ~7bhp increase and ~10ftlb of torque and he goes the improvements are see throughout the entire rev range so driveability is improved. worth it? seems to be cheap and hopefull it can eliminate flat spots and smooth out the power band.
1.6 si

Mav - I would recommend one, its noticeably faster its true that power is delivered through out the rev range, also mine smoothes out the flat spots, im well pleased with it
altohugh mine was "superchips" one as oposed to the "powerchip" one your after shouldnt be too much difference though

Can a superchip be re-programmed if you were to change the engine spec, say if you got a fast road cam or something
