fitting cvh manifald to zetec head info needed!

Postby mrviper on Sun Jun 15, 2003 12:25 pm

hello there!

iv been sent over here by the xr owners club and say you peeps can help me out with this and a contact nimber for someone called inan howel ?

i have a mondaeo 2.0 engine from a p reg 80k miles on order to drop in to my xr2i

now to avoid messing about with wires and ecu etc.. i want to fit the cvh manifald on to the zetec lump then get a bayjoo chip and a dyno sesh (maybe not entirly needed)

i know its posible because people have done it with turbo's

as far as i understand all i need is some spacers of some sort :)

or another route will all the injectors/sensors work with an escort 1.8 manifald with some rewiring but i'd asume that theae sensors give different readings to the ecu compared to the cvh one (maybe posible to nick some cvh sensors?)

put my brain at rest ant tell me what to do!!

/bangs head on wall

thanks in advance dudes!
