fitting my pro alloy intercooler

just bought a front mount pro alloy intercooler.. of fezzyboy

was just wondering if anybody has any close up pictures of when they may of fitted there own front mount intercooler :-?

im not 2 sure if i just wanna start grinding the front panel yet until ive had a good look at how any of you good people have fitted yours :lol: :lol:

id be very grateful for any advice or pictures :D :D :D

did u have 2 get any brackets made up

as i no there is a bracket either side at the bottom of the intercooler but they just dont look like they will bolt any where :lol: :lol:

Its not my car its turboboy67's, name was at the top of the image. Ive got a GRS.

not the best pic i no, but i just fitted it last weekend, the top mount goes onto the botom bolt of the bonnet catch, the instructions say 75mm down and 250mm each way from the brace that runs down from the bonnet catch, i did that then realised i needed to cut a wee bit more,

trial and error, my friend, thats the best way
turbo restoration in progress
painted, interior half in, windows in let the rebuild continue

got there in the end... looks wicked... ill get some pics up

all i can say 4 fitting these intercoolers is like what KINGHORN said trail and error :)
