can it be done.. ive heard not so, but im sure i read that you could do it.

it would just be nice to move along to something a little newer looking and different.

they look the same

it can be done.
a small amount needs to be grinded off the bottom of the accelerator cable bracket to clear the top of the cover(as the cover sits ever so slightly higher).
you need to remove your throttle body to fit the middle rear bolt,and to refit the throttle body will be a little fiddlely as the lower two bolts will be harder to fit,but it can be done with paticence.
then to refit the air intake push it onto the throttle body housing on an angle then lower it down as it sits on it.

thats what i wanted to hear, im not useing the K&N pipe tho but ill bodge it to fit, just wanted to make certain it could be fitted to the head.

no probs mate. i too ended up not using the K&N pipe as it looks crap and bodged. so im using the standard item for now. any probs just ask :)
